Partner – New Futures
Ron’s passion is challenging conventional development approaches and finding far better ways of developing individual, team and organization capability. He is a Master Action Learning coach and also focus heavily on leadership team coaching. Ron has held senior corporate, lecturing, consulting and entrepreneur roles in 4 countries and gained extensive experience from a broad range of consulting assignments in a further 5 countries. He holds a number of graduate and post graduate qualifications in human resource management, industrial psychology and business administration, as well as many other specialist qualifications. Ron is a strong family man, loves travelling to exciting new places, adventure sports, nature and reading
Penny plays a major support role in New Futures. She is a Professional Action Learning Coach and certified psychometrics administrator. She manages the administration of New Futures, conducts Action Learning group coaching workshops and looks after our critical client service initiatives. Penny holds a Bachelors degree in the human sciences and a number of specialist qualifications in psychometrics, behaviour analysis and related fields. She started her career in radiography and subsequently moved into the learning and development world. Penny has gained substantial international experience supporting jointly owned consultancies in a number of countries. She is a great family person, loves travel, reading, gardening and organising things

Greg is a human capital practice leader, management consultant and business coach with recognition as a successful chief people officer and leader in human resource management.. Experienced at C-suite level in HR management consulting, small business consulting, human resources leadership, shared services and financial services. Thrives on coaching leaders to build highly engaged and productive teams. Greg holds numerous professional qualifications including a Master or Business Coaching, Advanced Diploma of Government, Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and many others. Greg plays an invaluable role in supporting New Futures on high level development projects
DR. MICHAEL MARQUARDT
Action Learning Authority
Dr. Michael Marquardt is Professor Emeritus of Human Resource Development and International Affairs at George Washington University. He was a co-founder and first President of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), and now serves as Chair of the WIAL Global Advisory Committee.
Mike has held a number of senior management, training and marketing positions with organizations such as Grolier, American Society for Training and Development, Association Management, Overseas Education Fund, TradeTec, and U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Dr. Marquardt has trained more than 100,000 managers in nearly 150 countries since beginning his international experience in Spain in 1969. Consulting assignments have included Marriott, Microsoft, Sony Music, Goodrich, Motorola, Nortel, Alcoa, Boeing, Caterpillar, United Nations Development Program, Xerox, Nokia, Constellation, Samsung, Organization of American States, and Singapore Airlines as well as the governments of Indonesia, Laos, Ethiopia, Zambia, Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Russia, Jamaica, Honduras, and Swaziland.

His writings and accomplishments in action learning have earned him honorary doctoral degrees from universities in Asia, Europe and North America.
He received his doctorate in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and his Masters and Bachelor Degrees from Maryknoll College. Dr. Marquardt has done graduate work at Harvard, Columbia and the University of Virginia. He enjoys skiing, folk music and traveling with his Swiss wife, four children and ten grandchildren.
