New Futures has adopted the unique and innovative  Action Learning process developed by the World Institute for Action Learning, for problem-solving. Action Learning is particularly effective for solving complex problems that may appear unsolvable. It elevates the norms, the collaboration, the creativity, and the courage of groups. Action Learning solves problems and develops leaders simultaneously because its simple rules force participants to think critically and work collaboratively.

Problem-solving workshop

A very powerful 2,5 hour in-house workshops to solve urgent and important business challenges and simultaneously develop individual and team capability. Workshops involve 4 to 8 people from diverse backgrounds working together to formulate quality solutions and action plans.
